Join experienced photographers and Mohonk Preserve Volunteer Photographers Renée Zernitsky and John Verner for a hands-on workshop exploring the art of landscape and nature photography. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Shawangunk Ridge, you’ll learn how to observe and work with natural light, frame compelling compositions, and capture the beauty of the outdoors with greater skill and confidence.
Designed for beginners to intermediate photographers, this immersive experience combines guided instruction with dedicated time in the field. Participants are encouraged to bring their preferred camera equipment and come prepared to spend the full session outdoors experimenting with new techniques, refining their creative eye, and discovering fresh perspectives in a remarkable natural setting.
Please register by 10 am on Friday, April 24.
