Details
It’s time for a boat race! Join us, rain or shine, to become a shipwright for the day and craft a miniature boat from natural materials found in the forest. Once the fleet has been assembled, we’ll wave farewell, send them off for their voyage through Split Rock down Coxing Kill and talk about their journey.
This program is intended for ages 7-11. Children must always be accompanied by an adult. The fee for this program includes access to the Preserve for the registered child(ren) and one accompanying adult. Any additional adult(s) must pay the day-use fee at the trailhead upon arrival. Space is limited, and registration is required. Registration closes at 12 pm on Wednesday, October 21.
